Holiday Inn Express & Suites Banning by IHG

Everything was great except for the people in the room above mine. Kids running and jumping causing extremely loud bumping at 5 am until checkout. Luckily it was our last night.

Easy on off freeway hotel with nice large clean rooms. Was a big black hair in the tub, but otherwise clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most “free” ones, but I would not serve the sausage or eggs to my guests. Within walking distance of a Convenience store and a really good taco truck called Tacos La Enseñada.

Holiday Inn is our go to place. They are always clean and have friendly staff. This however is the first time the person at the desk didn't thank us for being sliver members. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Could have used a do not disturb sign, it was missing. Normal if we are only staying a couple days we don't need them to come in and clean. We just put the sign out. The shower head could use a good de liming it sprayed watter in all the wrong places. But over all another good stay. Great service here. Haven't seen a bad room yet

The front desk service in the morning and check out time is the best so helpfull and friendly 5 star service 5 star effort great staff have stayed here many times always a great experience

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Banning for a work trip and I'm very pleased with this hotel. It's very clean, it's quiet, the woman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, there's great coffee and tea available 24 hours a day in the lobby. I accidentally forgot my room key and the nice lady at the front desk even remembered my room number 24 hours after I checked in. Very impressed with the whole stay. I hope all employees working at this location get a hefty raise when that time rolls around. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow! I read some of the horrible experiences other reviewers had at this place. So thankful that was not my experience. I've had the unfortunate experience of contracting bed bugs before from a RESORT in Palm Springs. So needless to say, I'm always a little anxious staying in hotels and resorts. My husband and I recently moved to Banning, and had to stay in the hotel for three weeks until our floors and other repairs were completed in our new home. Dina, the manager, Filipe and other staff were extremely pleasant and offered great customer service. One of the things my husband and I observed is that Dina and Filipe would often help housekeeping out with the cleaning. Everyone seemed to respect each other and enjoy working there. The dining area was always clean, the sheets and bedrooms were cleaned appropriately, the gym, and even laundry facility were maintained adequately. I really hope they continue to offer the great services that my husband and I received, as the cleanliness of a hotel is significant to obtaining repeat customers and great reviews.

We ended up here after having to check out of Days Inn down the street due to several issues (please see my review of Days Inn Banning on Google and Yelp). This hotel is like a breath of fresh air in comparison to Days Inn. The staff here are professional and very helpful! The rooms were clean and did not stink. The shower/bathroom was sparkling clean, the breakfast bar was well stocked, delicious and sparkling clean. The only small issue was they forgot to put towels in our bathroom but the woman quickly brought us warm, clean towels. I def recommend a stay here.

The service at the Banning Holiday Inn was great—staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and pleasant. However, the rooms left much to be desired. They felt dated and could have been cleaner. There were small issues like worn-out furnishings and a musty smell that made the stay less comfortable than expected. It’s a shame because the service was top-notch, but the quality of the rooms really brought the experience down. Decent for a quick stop, but don’t expect much beyond good service.
